Clos du Mont-Olivet is a family estate located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, founded in 1932 by Séraphin Sabon and now run by the fourth generation of the family. The vineyard covers just over 20 hectares in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC, spread over numerous localities with varied soils that give the wines their complexity. Châteauneuf-du-Pape is mainly made from Grenache, complemented by Syrah, Mourvèdre, and other traditional grape varieties. The estate's wines are renowned for their classic southern Rhône style: powerful yet elegant, with good aging potential.
