Gigondas - Domaine Raspail-Ay - Red

Domaine Raspail-AY is a family estate passed down over six generations, now run by Dominique AY’s children, who farm 19 hectares of vines in Gigondas. The grapes (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre), grown on clay-limestone soils and from old vines, are hand-harvested, carefully vinified, and aged in large oak casks. The wines are rich and powerful, with red fruit and spicy aromas, and can be enjoyed after a few years or aged up to 15–20 years depending on the vintage.
