Our Châteauneuf-du-Pape red can be enjoyed as early as two years after bottling, showing dominant black fruit aromas and subtle roasted notes. It reaches its first peak between 5 and 8 years, but can age much longer depending on the vintage and storage conditions.
It pairs perfectly with red meats in sauce, game, and cow’s milk cheeses.
